Tom Shankle

The President and CEO, Tom Shankle, is a senior business professional with over 20 years in the health care industry.  He has worked for EDS, a large management consulting company for over 11 years in their Medicare and Provider Solutions business units. Tom also worked for one of the largest pharmaceutical and medical equipment distribution companies, McKesson for over 4 years. 

The main reason Tom decided to move into home medical supplies is to have a job where he felt he was helping others while providing a means to give back to the community. 

Chanterria McGilbra

Chanterria is Chief Consulting Officer of LesRevinu Enterprises Inc. an organizational development consulting company specializing in Board-level reorganization, operational optimization, and administrative change management.  She has over 14 years of experience with large global organizations, international startups, and small businesses.

Chanterria has held leadership positions for companies such as Arthur Andersen, Charles Schwab, Kaiser Permanente, McKesson, and most recently as VP Development for Netmining – a Belgian online behavioral targeting company. 

Chanterria McGilbra received her MBA from the International University of Monaco in Entrepreneurship and is a native San Franciscan and resident of Monte Carlo, Monaco.

Sarah Chapman

Sarah Chapman has over ten years experience building new businesses and software solutions from the ground up.  She is the president and founder of Smedule.com, a smart reservation system for beauty and health care services.

She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the University of San Francisco which have provided her with rigor in research methodology and the tools she needs to make customer-focused decisions.  Both of her parents were healthcare professionals which have provided her with first-hand expertise in medical practices and terminology.  She is excited to act in an advisory capacity for Apple West Home Medical Supply and provide visibility in to practices and solutions that exceed its customer expectations.  Sarah lives in sunny Denver, CO with her husband, Phil, daughter Eva, and very large Portuguese water dog, Oscar.

Lyle Sweeney

Lyle has led globally dispersed organizations and built teams that consistently outperformed their peers.  He has also been a leader in high-tech, corporate governance, financial services, healthcare, insurance, broadcast, and advertising.  His accomplishments include:  consolidation of data centers from Singapore, Europe & US, improving uptime, and reducing costs, developing an electronic banking strategy and information security program for Greater Bay Bancorp and developing scalable operations for three start-up ventures.    He has also successfully designed and implemented security and compliance programs that were lean, effective and met or surpassed regulatory requirements.

Lyle is a management consultant alumnus from McKinsey and Company's Business Technology Office and a Sloan Fellow from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
